In Santa Margarita, we strive to create value along the entire value creation chain: with collectors and suppliers at one end and at the other our customers and the consumers who enjoy the finished product. We know that no one is an island and we build a connection with our stakeholders.
Our traceability can be mapped from
the sourcing to the destination abroad.
In our supply chain, we create value by impacting positively in the environment we work. We help our suppliers to do so by encouraging environmentally-friendly collection practices. Those practices include caring for the plants and animals that exist in the collection areas, protecting the collection areas from waste disposal and fires, among others.
Creating value is also present in the the operational processes in our facilities and in the delivery of our products to our customers.
We recognize that the supply chain involves the consumers that enjoy the finished product. They deserve transparent, responsible sourced, top quality and safe products and we are committed to contribute in this regard.
Sustainability is a journey, and the certification we hold are the probe that we are in that journey.
